There is no minimum shipment quantity, but pack your shipment in a sturdy box appropriate for the volume of material involved. Overstuffed or flimsy boxes may break open in transit and too large a container not only increases shipping costs but may also cause damage to the items shipped because they will rattle around while in transit. NOTE: To ensure prompt and accurate processing of your shipment(s) please clearly identify your organization's name, contact name, address and phone number either on the pre-paid shipping label(s) or a note inserted inside your box(es).

Schedule a FREE pickup by contacting DHL directly at 1-800-225-5345. (AK and HI residents please use FedEx for pick-up at 1-888-777-6040).

Write your address in the "From" section of the DHL label. (NOTE: Nothing is required in the Ref. # field).

Affix the label to the box and please retain the bottom portion of the label so you have a record of the tracking number.

EcoPhones does not maintain a record of the shipping labels sent to you so unless the boxes are clearly identified we do not know whom they are from. Moreover, we have thousands of participants and many organizations have similar names (i.e. First Church of Christ or George Washington Elementary School) so complete information is important to ensure we have the right account.

No. We recommend reusing any empty office boxes your organization may have, e.g. copier paper and other office supply boxes. Reuse reduces waste and saves money. There is no need to individually wrap item. We recommend separating 'layers' of items using newspaper. Please avoid using styrofoam packing materials such as styrofoam 'peanuts'. Styrofoam is a kind of plastic made from oil and will not break down in a landfill.
